30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
How To Return
- Email support@venshiathomas.shop with your order number.
- Receive a prepaid return label (US orders) within one business day.
- Drop off the package at any supported carrier location.
- Refund issues to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt at our facility.
Exchanges
Exchanges for size or color are processed as a return + new order to avoid stockout delays.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final-sale items (marked at checkout).
- Opened beauty, skincare, and fragrance for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged by customer use.
Damaged or Defective
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Refund Timing
Most refunds appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
